i'm confused. your client is darue. grable moved the case into the jurisdiction of the feds and the supreme court upheld his right to do so. so how is that good for your client? i'm confused, not surprisingly.
never mind. darue moved it into the federal courts and won and grable tried to get around it by saying the federal system didn't have jurisdiction. next time i promise to read it with my eyes open.
